Intelligent Lifting Robot
1、Project Source
This project starts from the research status of climbing robots both domestically and internationally, and based on the functions and requirements of climbing robots in application markets such as elevated bridge detection, it closely integrates the configuration and scale required for intelligent lifting robots several key core technical issues, including intelligent design, research on robot motion control methods, multi-sensor information fusion technology, and real-time visual processing of robotic arms, are addressed. The overall performance of climbing robots is evaluated and improvement plans are proposed.
2、Project Debriefing
The project has currently completed the development of product prototypes, and the equipment can run at a speed of up to 16m/min; The control system supports the combination and switching of four different working conditions: manned ascent/descent and unmanned ascent/descent; Equipment load reaches 140kg; The wireless signal transmission distance can reach 200m. The equipment has completed a 70 meter height test and all indicators meet the design technical specifications.
